Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all US orders.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Depending on the product and warehouse, delivery takes 5–15 business days within the United States. Products shipped from our US warehouse typically arrive in 5–8 business days.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email. Allow 2–4 days for tracking to activate after shipment.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. We cannot redirect packages already in transit.

Lost packages If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.
